What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of digital marketing / AdTech experience, ideally familiar with online performance business and/or eCommerce (e.g. fashion/consumer electronics / general merchandising retailer)
• Possessing strong planning skills and experience.
• Skilled in storytelling to make technical projects understandable to everyone.
• A good listener who can understand user needs.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Motivated to create success stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage daily with customers to understand their data interpretation challenges and offer consultations. 
• Onboard new customers by ensuring they are matched with the right product functionalities to meet their needs. 
• Educate customers about potential use cases on our platform, advising on best practices. 
• Actively collect product feedback to champion customer needs within the company, thereby influencing product development and improvements. 
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine and enhance the demonstration process for potential customers. 
• Build and maintain solid, account-specific relationships through regular status calls, reviews, and thorough feedback documentation.
